I Guess I’m Changing is a song for those who like to drive with the windows rolled down and scream into the wind. A young woman grips the wheel of her car. Staring at the lines of the road as they zip past and she realises she’s finally starting to move on. Past mistake are suddenly clearer than ever, as is the vast, open road before her.

The video was a joy to make, with good friend and long time collaborator David Spearing. He tells the story best:

"After being a bit run and gun out on locations for the last few videos, we knew that this time around we wanted to do something studio based. Something we could settle in to and craft over a few days of filming.

So Tess and I started throwing ideas together in our usual giddy and geeky sci-fi way and came up with this concept. This is one of my favourite tracks off the new album and it was really important we got the video right. We wanted to say something about being caught in a mundane routine, whatever that is, and how it feels to break free of that. How the smallest, most seemingly insignificant thing could pull your whole world apart (in a positive way). A nice melancholy idea… set to the most beautiful song.

After me and Tess had snowballed this insanely ambitious idea to a level we wasn’t sure we could achieve… we then passed it over to our incredibly talented production designer, Joseph. Then along with Raff and Hannah we just spent a few days in filmmaking heaven shooting this video. I don’t think there’s a better existence than being surrounded by your closest friends and collaborators and making a video you’re all proud of."
